About Rebecca

Welcome. I see the courage it took for you to get here.

For me, being a therapist is not just a job – it is sacred work and an honor to walk alongside someone in their most vulnerable state. I believe that my own life’s journey has led me to be a compassionate and resourceful companion.

I strongly believe that my clients have the strength and the power to heal.  You are whole, no matter what has happened to you. My job is to help illuminate the path of your self-discovery and find meaning in life’s accomplishments and challenges. I do this in practical ways like helping you troubleshoot day-to-day issues that cause you distress, as well as more depth-oriented ways like exploring your childhood, your unique culture, your most important values or even your spiritual beliefs.

My special areas of interest include birth trauma, grief and loss, prenatal & postpartum transitions and attachment.

I am informed by academic and specialized trainings and use a variety of modalities, including, but not limited to, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Expressive Arts, Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused therapy.
