Family Tree Wellness is now offering membership opportunities in our IFS-informed therapists' community.
FTW is both a group practice and a collective practice, designed to support the development and wellbeing of clinical therapists. As a group practice, FTW is specifically dedicated to training Associate therapists; as a collective, FTW is composed of healing professionals who run their own businesses but have a desire to be in community with others.
We are committed to creating an anti-burnout culture where therapists feel supported and inspired. We know we are only able to bring to our clients the level and extent of our own wellness. At FTW, we strive to support each other in building businesses that align with our personal needs, dreams and visions.
We are an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed collective. FTW founders Rebecca Geshuri and Jessica Sorci are both IFS Certified therapists and have spent many years not only studying IFS and using IFS with clients, but also using IFS in their own personal lives as a way toward deep, inner healing. While it is not a requirement for Collective members to be IFS therapists, it is critical that Collective members have some interest in the IFS model and are open to learning more. We will be using the language of IFS as a foundation for our working relationships. Even more important is that all collective members be committed to learning about themselves and taking advantage of the opportunity and privilege to heal themselves.
