About the Event

Are you a new mom seeking community and support with other moms?

Nurture meets in person at Family Tree Wellness every Wednesday to connect with one another and discuss and explore self-compassionate ways to build resilience in the early months/years of motherhood. This group loosely follows a curriculum, guiding mothers through our "Survival Kit For New Moms", a Family Tree Wellness workbook given to all who register, focusing on a different topic each week. Along with creating community and connection with other moms, this group is designed to support families in generating clarity around how to get basic physical and emotional needs met postpartum.

This week's topic will be:

  • Dads & Partners (supporting them and reconnecting with them)

The postpartum period for a new mom can feel overwhelming and isolating at times. Together we will increase connection and confidence as new moms adjust to their new role. Led by Marianna Babiolakis, AMFT (supervised by Dani Salzer, LMFT #102811).

***Babes in arms are welcome. Babies on the move and older children are best left with another caregiver. Use this time for yourself.

Fee: $35 per meeting

OR $185 for entire series of 6 sessions (a $25 savings)

Participants must register in advance.

No one turned away for lack of funds.

If you or a close family member has symptoms consistent with Covid, please refrain from attending this in-person gathering.
