More My Self - IFS Consultation and Practice Group

Led by Jessica Sorci, LMFT, PMH-C, (Level 3, IFS Certified with advanced training in IFIO and approved IFS Clinical Consultant) these unique gatherings are for practitioners who wish to deepen and expand their understanding and skills in using IFS to work with clients. But perhaps most importantly, this is a group for therapists who are interested in better understanding their own internal systems, and becoming friendlier with their own parts. Through exploring your clinical cases, using role plays, learning didactics and practicing in breakout groups, we will learn to become better parts detectors and to apply powerful unblending techniques. Our focus will be on helping you gain confidence in holding your own parts and connecting with Self Energy - even with your most triggering clients. For those interested in getting trained through the IFS Institute, this is an excellent practice space to support your growth and learning in IFS and is suitable for beginner to intermediate skill levels.

Meetings will be held via Zoom.

Date and Time : Mondays @ 10am- 12pm PST; begins February 13 and meets biweekly through May 22nd. 

Fee: $600 (USD) for 8 meetings ($75/meeting - must pay for entire series)
