Communication Compass for Men: New Tools for Better Relationships

This is a  2 day in-person Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed workshop will equip you with knowledge, skills and confidence for communicating about the hard stuff with all the important people in your life. You will identify your protective parts that aim to defend you, you'll learn about how your conflict patterns lure you in and trap you in a loop - and you'll have a roadmap for beginning to free yourself from those repetitive patterns. We've put together a quick but mighty learning opportunity that will powerfully shift your perspective through a mix of creative teaching components: group conversation, IFS meditations, breakout rooms, and journaling.  Connect with a community of other men and take home effective ways to find calm, communicate better and reconnect.

For men, these topics are often brand new, foreign and sometimes taboo. You've had little to no modeling for how to be emotionally intimate and for how to talk about feelings, fears and defenses.
