Individual Therapy Body

Have you been thinking about trying therapy? Now is such a good time. Our world needs healing, and you are the best place to start. Whatever is unsettled in you, take an interest in it. No one else can fix it for you -- but there is so much wisdom and guidance to hold you and support you while you take an interest in yourself. That’s really what therapy is: some open space for you to examine and unburden yourself, with guidance and support.

FIND A SUPPORTIVE GUIDE

In times of pain and fear, human beings benefit from having close relationships with safe, compassionate people who can offer guidance. Our therapists maintain confidence in your essential wholeness and wellbeing and support you in finding your own "right" way.

Finding a therapist you trust and dedicating time to focus inward allows your system the opportunity to settle and heal.

AUTHENTIC CONNECTION

The key ingredient for success in therapy is connection. Being a great therapist means being an attuned listener -- and it also means creating an atmosphere that is safe and welcoming of all parts of a person. It's impossible to feel connected and protective at the same time.

With a focus on creating authentic connections, our approach allows clients to move beyond old patterns and engage in courageous, meaningful healing.

HOW DOES INDIVIDUAL THERAPY BEGIN AT FAMILY TREE WELLNESS?

STEP 1:

Contact us HERE and book an appointment with the therapist you'd like to see.

You will be directed to our Client Portal where you will be asked to enter basic information and decide whether you would prefer online or in-person sessions.

STEP 2:

Within a business day, our Client Care Coordinator will reach out to you to confirm scheduling and goodness of fit with the therapist you've chosen. The CCC will answer any questions you have, finalize your appointment and send you paperwork to complete prior to your first session.

STEP 3:

Depending on whether your sessions are online or in-person, you will follow instructions received via email to connect with your therapist. The first sessions are about understanding all the basics of therapy, telling your story and starting to outline the goals of your journey ahead.
