This group focuses on overall well-being, incorporating elements related to physical, mental and emotional health for pregnant mamas and mamas of babies up to one year.
We are creating a brave space for you to show up as yourself, with whatever's on your mind and heart. And we're throwing in a little physical movement too!

Are you feeling isolated… anxious, depressed, angry, sad, or hopeless because of fertility challenges? Does your desire to build a family overwhelm and preoccupy you?

This FREE drop-in support group focuses on intersectionality and the unique challenges that fertility can bring to Womxn of Color.
Much like our Fertility Support Group, this group is open to those facing fertility challenges in all stages of the process, who are seeking additional coping skills, community and an emotional support system. Facilitated by Dr. Qu'Nesha Sawyer APCC 5409 (supervised by Rebecca Geshuri, LMFT 107943).
