Do you need a space to talk about what you're going through as a Black mom? Motherhood is a big job, and there's a lot of pressure on Black moms to be Superwomen who handle it all. You deserve care and celebration.
We are here to support your physical, mental and emotional health, through:
Belonging. Support. Community.
FOR PREGNANT AND POSTPARTUM BLACK MOTHERS
Are you looking for other Black women to build community with as you go through new motherhood together? Let's create a movement!
This group focuses on overall well-being, incorporating elements related to physical, mental and emotional health for pregnant mamas and mamas of babies up to one year.
We are creating a brave space for you to show up as yourself, with whatever's on your mind and heart. And we're throwing in a little physical movement too!
